Newbie-product attribute 'size' not staying in order?

As the title says, i'm a newbie to oscommerce but have been working away and was doing great until now...

I've created some new products and when i added the attributes for size of shoes the sizes do not stay in order?

When i did the size for the pants it worked perfect so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong?

 

My site is www.safetyexpress.com.au, if you view the 330 boot you can see that the sizes appear jumbled.

should be: 4, 5, 6 etc but appears 4,6,9,8 etc...

 

Please help...
