Importing the following data from a .csv file

I have a rather large list of products which i wish to import into oscommerce.

 

I have the data in .csv format

 

here is a snippet of the file

My question is, how do i import this data into oscommerce and how do i make it compatible to be imported.

 

I have phpmyadmin, is there a way to import the data into the database directly, if so how?
