Can it do Soft Sell (Downloads), Cross-Selling, and Multiple Tax districts?

I am likely going with Virtuemart but have 3 important questions:

1. I will offer many ebooks for download. Does it have the capability to accept payment for these and then offer them for download after processing or at least the option to send a email with a link?

2. Cross selling: I have many related products and would like for example someone to purchase an item or view an item and have a list of related products/accessories shown to them

3. Taxes: I live in Colorado and in this state there are many tax districts in other countries, the Denver metro area, ec. Will it automatically calculate teh appropriate taxes?
