However, i found e-mails of hers on company computer talking about shutting the site down. I need to lock her out as she is fired. how can I do this? ErollorD
if you are using cpanel, your admin is protected with directory protection system, you just need to remove her. So in case you are using cpanel go to: Password Protect Directories >> where you browse folders by clicking on folder icon (so you browse to admin folder) and setting properties by clicking on folder name, where you should see her account under Active Users and just delete it. or if you don't use you can delete it by accessing file with ftp. You shoudl find .htpasswrd folder where you again browse and you should see passwd file. Just edit it and remove her from there.. if you need anything, if you want me to do it, PM... Also, it would be a good idea to change the passwords for any users you don't delete from there, just in case she knew them, especially if she was the one that set them up in the first place...
