Quandry over what price to show in price list

My store features out-of-print books in various conditions e.g. mint, near mint, fine, etc. I would like to have one listing for each title, i.e. The DaVinci Code, and then have an attribute called "Condition" on the product info page listing the various conditions in stock. I'm using the Quantity Tracking Pro contribution for the attributes.

My Question: Ideally, I would like the price list to list the prices and attributes of all available merchandise in the price list.

For instance:

The DaVinci Code................................BUY NOW............Mint.....$2

...........................................................BUY NOW............Fair......$1

Next Book

If that's not possible I would like the price in the price list to update to whatever the lowest priced Condition of the book is currently in stock i.e. if there is a mint copy for $2 and a fair copy for $1, the price list would list $1. Is this possible with any current contribution, or is there anyone with some php knowledge and some free time who could give me a hand? I'm sure it's probably a complicated fix, but maybe possible to list just the lowest attribute price in the price list for all items, that way the base price is a non issue (not displayed). Of course this would have to update itself as books of various conditions are sold, as there's probably only one of each Condition. i.e. So when the fair copy is sold for $1, the price list would reflect the price of the only remaining copy of $2.

My Next Question is on your preference: If the above isn't readily possible, what would be preferrable. Seeing the price of the lowest priced item, the highest priced item, or a note saying "More Information" or "Multiple Conditions" or some such thing.

Thanks for your help and advice!
