FedEx quotes slightly off

Hello,

 

I installed the Fedex shipping module (contribution 1426).

 

I did some extensive testing to check if the quotes were accurate. Ground service is perfect but the other ones are always off.

 

I am located in Canada.

 

For shipping in Canada:

-Local shipping quotes (exc. Ground) are off by $1.25-$1.26

- Other shipping quotes (exc. Ground) are off by $1.17-$1.18

 

For shipping to the USA

- Shipping quotes (exc. Ground) are off by $2.20-$2.21

 

Any clue what the reason is? I find it weird that all the quotes for a same destination are off by a fixed amount.
