Any Chance For Copy Categories / Products ?

im working and working about on shop site... but adding same for 4 different realms take to much time,

so u know.. its any chance to copy everything?

 

for example: http://www.d2vrshop.com/index.php?cPath=21_22_23 i made europe ladder part ( with all items & categories ) . .. now i want to have same in east hardcore ... east softcore ... west hardcore ... etc ;)
