I've been working on it for days and can't get anywhere (My problems are too numerous to list) Is there a support thread? Can anyone help me, please? The contrib install instructions are not that easy to follow and I guess assume a lot on the part of the installer. It's a toughie but it seems it's the only survey contrib that ticks all the boxes. jonquil Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 I looked in the zip file and read the install instructs. Yes, I agree. Very difficult to follow and does assume quite a bit. If you can, go back to the most recent version of your store before you started making the changes. I am not suggesting you undo the SQL query, though. Sometimes it helps to go back to nearly square one (pre-contribution) and start again. No harm in this and always a better learning experience :) If you do this, and as you re-install, go back to the install notes and make your own notes. On successful installation, send these updated notes to Phocea. Your experience may push the developer to post a more concise set of instructions for people in future.
