return true; Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 Hello all, I saw that this question posted a couple days ago, but I haven't seen a resolution... I just installed the latest version of osCommerce, but there doesn't seem to be a UPS shipping module. I looked for a contribution on the osCommerce website, but everything there appears to be an extension of, or a replacement for the 'standard' module. - Should a UPS module have been included in the latest version of the store? - Is the standard module available from any other source? terryd Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 From all the reading I have done it appears that osC got pressure from UPS and had to remove it from the standard install. However, there are contributions that will provide the functionality you are looking for. I am also new to osC. Here is what I have come up with so far as items needed. UPSXML 1.2.6 or UPS Choice 1.8 - This is need to just have UPS shipping abilities. UPS Choice is html and UPSxml is xml based. UPSxml requires you to have an account with UPS. This is the module I am going to try. It appears a developer is activly supporting it on the forum. UPS Worldship-Export - This is needed to get UPS shipping information from oSC into Worldship. Package Tracking with email mods 1.54 - Unfortunately it looks like tracking numbers will have to be entered in manually vs receiving an export from UPS Worldship.
