Adding a percentage for PayPal payments?

Hi Folks,

 

I'm in the process of setting up my shop and I want to be able to accept paypal payments, but, I want to automatically add a percentage onto the total cost for people who are paying using paypal, is that possible?

What you want is not allowed by PayPal, you can read all about this in their agrement.
