ecbanks Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 My upgrade from MS1 to MS2 seemed to go fine, but the orders are all screwed up. When a customer places an order, the order goes through, and an e-mail is sent. However, the order number is "0", and you can't see that order when querying the account history. Plus, querying any old orders from the admin screens results in a "Order does not exist." message. I had to back out the upgrade to MS1 to get the store back up. And if you're logged in as a customer trying to review old orders, you don't see any. I think this may be related to a contribution I used to randomize order numbers. It's been so long since I installed this contribution, I don't know remember how it works or how it might be impacting my upgrade. I didn't have any luck searching through the contribution area.
