Images uploading to admin directory? Images just not uploading!

I am getting this error when attempting to upload a new product

Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /srv/www/vhosts/additionscatalog.co.uk/httpdocs/catalogcatalog/images/

which file do i edit to change 'catalogcatalog' to just catalog?
