Guest Posted February 9, 2007 Share Posted February 9, 2007 Hi there, I am currently testing my online store, and I am using the basic default Paypal module that comes built into the admin panel. When a customer places an order, the CONFIRM ORDER button sends him to Paypal.com to finish the transaction. 1) Paypal only reports the NAME of the customer, but not the PRODUCT NAME OR CODE, nor the customer's ADDRESS for shipping. 2) No record of the transaction was recorded in the REPORT section of OsCommerce (!!!???) Therefore there is no way to track it and connect it back to OsCommerce. Am I missing something here? Can someone give me a clue on how to solve this problem, maybe a contribution that sends more information to Paypal??? ANY HELP IS TRULLY APPRECIATED. thanks in advance.
