Still struggling with QT Pro

Hi all, I'd be really grateful for some help with this.

 

I've installed QT Pro (contribution) - imported the scripts using phpmyadmin, then uploaded all the files. Now, when I try to go to the admin area of my web site, I now get the following error messages:

I'm a bit stuck and don't know what I should change to correct this.
