coachl Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Ok, im new to OSC, I am working on setting up a site, and found that when the customer tries to either create an account or clicks on "my account" they get page not found error. I have double checked and found that the account.php file is catalog/account.php directory. Need a little help on this one please! my site is at http://www.yourwebtown.com/ecomm thanks coachl check your path settings in /includes/configure.php file. if you still have issues, post the content of the file here - *removing* the database connection strings at the bottom. ah wait a sec - looks like you are linking to https:// instead of http:// not working : https://yourwebtown.com/ecomm/create_account.php working : http://yourwebtown.com/ecomm/create_account.php working : http://yourwebtown.com/ecomm/login.php Still looks like a /includes/configure.php issue. If you installed your own certificate, doublecheck it, if your provider did, have them doublecheck it, and you doublecheck the info they gave back to you about your ssl domain and whatnot... Richard.
