1046 - un-encrypt OSC password??

Been struggling for sometime to get a website back online. Issue was

 

1046 - No database selected

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

 

 

I do not know what PWD the OSC was installed with. I can see that the two configuration files have the same PWD and reference the database correctly. The database is installed and I can browse tables contents. The PWD in the configuration files is encrypted. How can I change this - either un-encrypt it or create a new encrypted PWD that I can use also to set database user PWD in mySQL.
