I have a customer's money and no idea what he ordered. I need to find out why the order is not saved and if possible, how to recover it so I can ship product. Need help ASAP !! Thanks. Yes I tried several searches first but got so many un-related pages I decided to post as this is time critical problem.

Hi, The Buyer should have rec'd an autoemail Order Confirmation with all details. Perhaps a copy of this can be found via the Admin Control Panel. The Paypal receipt/email probably gives the Buyer's email address so the Buyer's account is traceable. AL
mcharles13 Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 Ditto on the paypal IPN it works very well. Within a month of my store opening this happened to me as well. What causes it is the person not clicking on the return to site link. If they don't return to site osC has no clue if they truly paid or not and will not process the order.
