paypal problems

hi,

can anybody help me with this problem

 

When an order has gone through checkout The amount shows up as £0.00 in the paypal log in screen, instead of what the prouct price should be.

 

The customer can put the price in, but this should be automatic??

 

If anyone knows what this problem might be i would be grateful

Do you have your paypal currency set to euro's ? Check in your modules/payments.

thanks for your reply,

It's on GBP , but i have tried Euro's and still 0.00 comes up

You can add the price in yourself, and then carry on to sign in to paypal to pay.

check trying USD.

probably the conversion is not set in currency on your site and a conversion from default currency to another currency should be responsible for this to happen.

 

Also let us know your url to go thru and suggest.

I've tried all currency and all do the same, i've just notice I'm getting a warning

 

Warning: The primary exchange rate server (oanda) failed for GB (£) - trying the secondary exchange rate server.

Error: The exchange rate for GB (£) was not updated via xe. Is it a valid currency code?

 

Maybe this is the problem??

I have another problem now, all prices are showing "0"

Just had a very stressful moment!!!

But i've fixed both problems now.
