Changing to UK Date Format?

Could someone please tell me how to change the date from US Date format (MM/DD/YYYY) to UK Date Format (DD/MM/YYYY) Please. I would like to change this on the account creation page.

If you are in the UK and want your store to reflect this you should check the contribution section. There is a contribution that changes osc to be applicable for the UK. It changes dates, currency, address format, address language fields, and some other stuff that I can't quite remember. This is the contrib you need:

I would also suggest that you install the UK postcode validation contribution as it will check that entered postcodes are valid for the UK and format them correctly.
