Open your /catalog/admin/includes/configure.php file and set DOCUMENT_ROOT TO $DOCUMENT_ROOT DO THIS!! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR SUCCESS. IF YOU DO NOT FLLOW THIS YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS! Do you mean like this: define('DOCUMENT_ROOT', '$DOCUMENT_ROOT'); ...or like this? define('DOCUMENT_ROOT', '/home/timmy/public_html/catalog/'); Thanks for your work on this! -Cloy as long as the path is correct, this will work fine... define('DOCUMENT_ROOT', '/home/timmy/public_html/catalog/'); the other should look like this, if you went this route: define('DOCUMENT_ROOT', $DOCUMENT_ROOT); you would get faster help if you use the thread for easypopulate.
