Hi there

wondering if anyone can help

Something has happened to my links pages.

on this page links it would seem the page spans more than 100% as in there is a scroll bar at the bottom.

Check out links2 and this is ok

I've tried to look at both the links.php pages in case I accidentally didn't close a tag or something but i just can't seem to find anything different between the 2 pages.

I have spent ages checking and checking it. I must be overlooking something very simple

Thanks a lot if anyone could check it out

think u fixed it doesnt show any scroll bars now

Hi thanks for replying but no I have not fixed it. Its only on my links page 1 seen HERE that I get the hrizontal scroll bar. on all my other links pages I do not.

I have tested this in IE6 and firefox and both show the scroll!

Thanks again

In the links.php that's scrolling left-right, look at your pixel_trans.gif: it's 1237px wide :)

It's all just ones and zeros....

Hi Jon

Thanks for the reply.

I have carried out a search for pixel_trans.gif within the links.php and there are 4 within there. non of these say 1237px

i have searched the same within the source and I still cannot find this.

Can I ask how you found this size? and where should I look to repairing it?

Thanks a lot for your help

Found your problem: No spaces between words. Links (not #2). A spell check would have picked this up for you. ( I have enclosed it in code tags here):

Baffled me, as well, until I dropped your table into an HTML editor and, at my wits' end, started deleting rows until the table tucked in. Seriously, as an aside, spell check. It's one of the tools you need! :)
