Credit Cards Being Rejected - HELP!

When a customer tries to make a purchase on my site, they get a red bar across the top with the message:

"There was an error processing your credit card (): | 3"

 

I have contacted authorize.net. They tell me they must have the reason response code from my Server response after a transaction is sent. They say if I do not know how to retrieve this you need to check out

OScommerce forums.

 

Well, here I am. I have searched the forum high and low and still don't know how to do this. HELP! Our site has been out of business for three weeks!!!
