ace21gabriel Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 Ok, I am the owner of www.mrairsoft.com that is the site which is having the problem if you need to go there and look at anything for any reason. Here is the problem, you can place an order and it will pay and everything, but it dosent send the order to the admin panel. As well as dosent go in the top 10 bestseller items. So I think that means something isn't processing. I think it could be from a Gift Voucher mod gone wrong and it could have messed up the coding of something. So can someone please tell me what page I should try to restore, or can someone help me solve this problem asap? andrew40 Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 It sounds like a Paypal problem, you may need to nstall the Paypal IPN contibution where the order is recorded in admin before it gets sent to Paypal and then updated there afterwards. Just install the paypal ipn contribution and all your orders will be stored in admin and then set to pending paypal ipn when transaction finished, all you need to do is ensure you have the money and update it..
