We make every effort to provide accurate information, but errors and omissions are possible. Information about products on this web site does not form part of a contract of sale. It is intended to identify the products on sale, not to define them. Dimensions and other specifications given on this site are mostly as provided by the manufacturer and may be approximate (sometimes manufacturer-supplied information is contradictory). Specifications may change without notice. Please confirm any specific details before ordering. All prices shown on this website include VAT at 17.5%. All goods and prices are subject to availability from our suppliers. You can pay by cheque, debit card or credit card. Goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full. Installation It is your responsibility to choose a product of appropriate fuel type, chimney needs and dimensions. Once we have delivered your product, you are responsible for storage and installation. We specialise in supplying stoves and fireplaces at bargain prices. We ask you to help us keep prices low by taking responsibility for ordering the correct item, and clearly specifying any options you require. We recommend that you do not book a date for fitting until the item has been delivered. Distance Selling Mail order, telephone and internet sales to individuals (not businesses) are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK Law Directive 97/7/EC), which protect you by providing a 7 working day 'cooling off' period after the product has been delivered. A customer has the option to cancel any order between the time of placing it and 7 working days after delivery. You have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. We normally pay refunds by cheque within 14 days of cancellation or the goods being returned safely (whichever is the later). You are advised to retain the packaging. You will find it difficult to return the item without appropriate packaging. The goods must not have been fitted, installed or used in any way. The goods must be unmarked and free from blemishes of any kind, and returned in a saleable condition. Any accompanying products ordered specifically for use with the product must be returned at the same time. Our Returns Policy We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. Stoves and fireplaces are both heavy and fragile, and need careful handling until installed. We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to your manufacturer's guarantee. Before returning a item to us, you must contact us in writing and obtain a Returns Authorisation code. If you return an item without this code clearly marked on the packaging we cannot replace it or refund any money. We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery. After the seven days cooling off period has elapsed, we regret that we must make a 25% restocking charge for items returned. We will make a deduction from any refund to cover the cost of delivery.'); define('TEXT_CLOSE_WINDOW', 'Close window');?> http://woodburnerwarehouse.ie/conditions.php Visit my website in my profile for prices on woodburning stoves
wheeloftime Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Things like this 'cooling off' should be written like \'cooling off\' No single quotes can be used directly within such text but it can be escaped as shown above.
Barefoot Kid Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 it's the apostrophies in the text causing the problem, u need to replace 'cooling' with \'cooling off\' and manufacturer's with manufacturer\'s, also put <p> in there to split the text into paragraphs
wheeloftime Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 a thousand curses on u wheeloftime :P get a typing course :P
