worldwidetrading Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 I have been observing this issue for a while as we have been recieving complaints form customers. Users create an account: http://worldwidetrading.co.uk/shop/login.php An email gets sent to them and us saying the account needs to be activated. When we go into the admin control panel to activate the account the account that should have been created isnt there. The emails get sent to us but the details are never saved in the database. This problem has been happening for a while but it is inconsistent. I have checked everything I can think of, no files have been modified and the database seems to be consistent and intact. This problem is intermittent but DOES exist. We are using the Member Approval mod, STS template system, Must login to see prices mod, OS-CMS and a few others. This was working for months and then this started to happen. We are running the following: osCommerce 2.2-MS2 PHP Version 4.4.1 Server OS: Linux 2.4.21-47.ELsmp Database: MySQL 4.1.21-standard Any help would be apreciated.
