We would like to restrict users to validated individuals who are professors at other universities. Is there a way to have a feature that would allow us to have to approve new users before they can purchase items? We are ok with people browsing but would like to restrict who can download items. Our other option would be to put the whole site behind a password but we really would like the option above instead.
