Guest Posted October 8, 2002 Posted October 8, 2002 We typically only ship via UPS but when a customer orders something to an APO address then we are forced to ship it via USPS since UPS refuses to ship to PO Boxes. A customer placed an order using an APO and selected UPS since that was his only choice (we only allow UPS), problem is that it didn't charge him anything, zero. I believe this is because UPS can't create a quote for the address he was giving. I would love to allow USPS shipping IF the order is either outside of the USA or an APO. Anyone have some insight on how to do this?
