Guest Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 i have recently transfered my dads site from cpanel & centos to Plesk & fedora core 5 i have imported the database and all site files are up there PHP=ascii +images=binary but is says unable to connect to the database i have checked the configure.php in the includes directory and the admin includes directory and files all seems well can someone steer me in another direction that i might need to look :( :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GemRock Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 No other direction I am afraid, except that you need to make sure the database server location/name, db name, use name/password in the two configure.php files actually matches those of your new host server.
