Sharon_U Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I'm getting a FATAL ERROR I noticed in my admin panel under Payment Modules, which might explain why this orders paid with PayPal are not logged or "get stuck in the system". The error is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class paypal_ipn in ... includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php on line 13 I'm struggle with PHP editting, but good with instructions I can follow. So I look at line 13 and it's class paypal_ipn { I regret I'm at a loss for what to do and would appreciate some help fixing this! Actually, help is needed asap. Thanks in advance, Sharon
mmier Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 If you haven’t already, you may want to download the most up to paypal IPN contribution and install it. I had similar problems in the past and that cleared everything up. Just remember to delete the old module before installing the new one. Sharon_U Posted February 6, 2007 Author Posted February 6, 2007 Thanks for the reply back. I'm not sure what you mean - but I think I only have 1. I'm not sure I'm on the right track answering this but I have only one e-mail that is associated with my webstore (and PayPal) and and one "Send extra order email" address. I looked at this http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679 for some help and insight into the module and what could be causing this problem all the sudden. It's confusing which contrib to download and use. I was hoping to only deal with the error line and not too too much code  I also changed the auto return file in my PayPal to help things but I have not placed a test order. Thanks again for any further help you can offer. I'm very grateful! Sharon

I have not used the PayPal IPN. I use Standard checkout now, so I'm wondering did you have to change to Express checkout and use this http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4791? with v0.4 being the latest? Or I noticed a contrib for pre logging the orders called: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1153 As you can see I'm a bit nervous here. Sincerely, Sharon
