I have tried changing the words fax number in create_account.php but it either gives me a parse error or it shows as ENTRY_BLAHBLAH_BLAHBLAH. can anyone tell me what entries i need to change to make it say what i want it to? As we have no need for a fax number I would like it to say Referred By... so that customers can let me know who it was that told them about our site. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time Gary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chooch Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 Keep the fax number there as it only enhances professional site - and customers can always leave it blank. If you want you can simply remove that line from your create account file too. Anyway, there are at least two types of contributions for 'who referred you to this site'. Go to the downloads section and get it. Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'.
