A bit of guidance on a conversion?

Hopefully I posted this in the right section.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to getting the code for making the type of modifications to an oscommerce cart

I included a picture on this link here to show what I am looking for in the final product page, before adding to cart. Hopefully a picture can save a thousand words..

http://www.petfinderonline.co.uk/testdesign/temp001.gif

In the picture I have shown a range of 5 fields, but this can vary between 1 to about 12

-----------------------

Basically I can have ALL items in a Range on final page where customer can choose the amount of each of the Range they require, adding the lot to the basket in one go, with One 'Add To Cart' button.

Having 'Plus' and 'Minus' buttons next to the 'Quantity Box', which can be set to whatever minimum quantity per item and going up in increments of 10, or whatever the chosen figure is.

This is for wedding stationery, so would need to be able to set the first price at XXX amount and varying the price for each 10 cards upwards, as the more you buy the cheaper they get. Plus with the ability to set a discount or not, depending on the range of cards.

I'm pretty sure that oscommerce can alredy do most of what I want and I think that there maybe conversions that others have submitted in the contributions section, but with so many contributions to look through, I haven't a clue as to what to look for in the way they are titled.

I intend to start with a fresh install of oscommerce and want to place the code changes in before the install. If someone can please give a guiding hand in the right direction, or has the code for making these changes, I'd be most grateful for any help. I don't mind getting my hands dirty with altering the code myself.

With thanks in advance

Malcolm

Malcom - what is your question specifically ?

You're not getting repsonses 'cuase your post is tooooo long and way too general - and your subject header needs to be desciptive.

Is this where your question is :

"so would need to be able to set the first price at XXX amount and varying the price for each 10 cards upwards, as the more you buy the cheaper they get. Plus with the ability to set a discount or not, depending on the range of cards."

All you want is to be able to offer volume discounts ?
