kevlev
Dear Rigadin, This is the first time I am using STS. I have followed the installation instructions and copied the files from "new_files/catalog" and "modified_files/catalog" . When I go into my admin modules page it diverts me to "admin/modules.php?selected_box=modules&set=payment" and I dont see STS in the modules list. Have I missed out on a step? bkellum
Hi Bill, I downloaded STS4.4 again, and uploaded all files again. I still do not see STS in the modules list??? Regards, Kevin Kevin, tell us a little about your store. Is it installed in the root folder or a catalog folder? If a catalog folder, what is the name of the folder? I'm talking about the folder in which all of osCommerce files and folders are in such as admin, includes, images, etc. Was your store working without errors before you tried installing STS4.4? When you installed STS, did you copy each file and folder within the catalog folder of the contribution or did you manually edit the code of each of your stores files? Maybe some more information can help us help you debug this... I have developed a number of applications using MySQL and Php and I am currently developing an OsCommerce shopping cart for a client. I am hand coding this shopping cart for my client and have incorparated a Javascript slide show etc.. I have only recently discovered STS and thought that it might be something good to use in the future so I created a new domain and instructed my host to install osCommerce. I then copied the files as required. Thats all I have done thus far. The store is located in the catalog folder. The catalog folder is called 'catalog'. I created this domain and shopping cart to experiment (web address: http://levkinimages.com/catalog/index.php) Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance. Regards Kevin Unfortunetely some hosts out there do this with their "automatic" installs without informing their customers. By doing this, most of the contributions available will not work if installed according to the developers instructions. You will have to keep this in mind when doing future contribution installs. Glad you got yours going! ;) Quote Bill Kellum Sounds Good Productions STS Tutorials & more: STSv4.6, STS Add-ons (STS Power Pack), STS V4 Forum STS Forum FREE TEMPLATE
