Adding flash to oscommerce.gif

Hi everyone!

 

Thanks for a great forum. I have installed a site from scratch as well as several contributions all with little or no experience with php.

 

Here is my question and I am sure it simple enough but it has stumped me for a day.

 

I want to replace the gif/jpeg file that is my header /logo with a flash file. I have altered the header.php file to look at the swf file instead of the jpeg but all i get now is the broken pic box and I have uploaded the swf file to the proper directory.

 

Is there another file that I am supposed to change? The flash file and the jpeg are the same dimensions.

I saw the answer to this in the last few weeks in the general help secion if you do a quick serch you should find, but the problem was resloved by useing the proper tags for flash instead of the img. tag that was being used
