Problem with printing fedex label on thermal printer.

We are facing problem with printing fedex label on thermal printer (ZEBRA Lp 2844).

Label prints on laser printer in .PNG format but when we set the combination in ship_fedex.php file for thermal printer it gives us the blank label with broken link.

 

The following combination we have tried for thermal printer :

First combination:

,1368 => 2

,1369 => 2

,1370 => 5

Second combination:

,1368 => 2

,1369 => 2

,1370 => 5

 

Third combination:

,1368 => 2

,1369 => 2

,1370 => 3

 

But when we use above combinations it gives us blank label.

 

It works with following combination on Laser Printer:

combination:

,1368 => 2

,1369 => 1

,1370 => 5

 

We searched in forums but we didn't get the solution please help us if anyone knows about it.
