'Disconnect' status=send from generic statusmail & send own mail

My client always wants difficult things, but they usually make sense:

 

When he's in the back-end and adapts an order-status an generic mail is send to the customer. All fine.

 

But now if he adapts the order-status to "send", then he wants a different mail then the other orderstatus mails. It has to have all the order info.

 

So how do I put order/customer information on the status email when the status is set to "send".

To be more precise: how do I put order/customer information in the mail only when the orderstatus is set to "send"

 

Please, any help is appreciated. Even work arounds are allowed!!
