Guest Posted February 2, 2007 Share Posted February 2, 2007 Hi, I am currently working through my site and trying to make some SEO improvements. My biggest issue at the moment is the dynamic URL's as i've heard that search engine spiders tend to have issues indexing them. I have tried severl of the url formatting contribs but for some reason none of them seem to work with my site. Im currently being hosted by lycos and was wondering if it was due to my host that i am not able to rewrite my urls. Jack_mcs Posted February 2, 2007 Share Posted February 2, 2007 Your host has to have the rewrite option enabled for those contributions to work. Most do nowadays but there are still some that don't. You will have to ask them to be sure.
