gootheory Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Hi everyone, A client has suddenly been having problems with the stock level of products not being updated when someone pays with Paypal. They're using the IPN payment module and QT Pro to handle product attributes. The stock levels aren't being updated regardless of whether the product has attributes or not. I've checked their Paypal settings and the osC settings but they're all fine. Nothing has changed since they started the store in 2005, yet at the end of last year they started seeing their stock levels were incorrect. It seems other people have experienced the same problem. So in the end he converted the cart to Zencart - something I do not wish to do. Any help would be most most appreciated! Thank you!
