Guest Posted February 1, 2007 Share Posted February 1, 2007 A few websites are linking to my sites products which is GREAT for my sales......BUT....the link they use contains the OSid so everyone that comes from that address is sharing the same osid....so when they are both shopping at the same time, they are fighting over the contents of the same cart...When they finally do checkout, the personal account information is incorrect and some of my customers are getting wrong invoices for thing they didn't buy..... What a nightmare........My poor customers I have tried the following to fix this: Force Cookie to "True" didn't work, for some reason my install thinks everyones cookies are turn off so it doesn't let them shop Check IP "True" People can't login to make a sale when this is on. I have Checkout Without Account installed, I think it may have something to do with the cookie and IP thing, I don't know, I could be totally wrong Please Help, many people seem to have this problem with no fix in sight Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
