The order does not show up in admin ANYWHERE! Does the payment provider record the sale? Is it a payment provider that redirects to thier site? If so they need to redirect to your checkout_process.php in order to store the transaction on your database. Have you done any code modifications to your checkout proceedure? mycolumbus Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 Happened to me too. Am using optpay. I tried using PayPal as an alternative, and when using PayPal, the order was captured as pending. If the entry in this table is missing the order wont display in the list. I dont know why the problem is occuring but adding this entry will get your orders back into OSC_ADMIN. Based on OsCommerce 2.2 MS2 - Mods Including: Customer Approval, STS Template System, OS-CMS, Sage Line 50 Sync, Locate a Stockist, Auto Thumbnailer, Easy Populator, Visitors Stats, Extra Images, Header Tags Controller, Unsold Cart, Products w/o Description/Prices/Images Reports, Backup Customers Table, Login to See Prices. Full customised products_info.php page. OSC Links Manager. Minimum Order Amount. Visitor Web Stats. Google Sitemap. All products page (user sitemap). The OsCommerce Site is hosted on 1 domain with 20 feeder domains extracting data from OS-CMS & the shop catalogue. I just got an order thru paypal last night, luckily I was on talking to the guy, but if I wasnt its not in admin anywhre so I would have never known what he ordered!
