How To Redirect user to page after order is complete?

Hi,

 

I have a client that wants to have users order cards like birthday or wedding. The client wants them to order the product and then fill in a form for things to be added to the card like a custom order. So they fill in a form like name, date, and text message they want on the card.

 

The only way I thought of would be to have them pick the card, order it and then get redirected to apge to fill in a form with this info. The problem would be how would the admin know what information was submitted for what order unless the order number is passed through the form on the redirected page also?

 

Or can this form be added to that specific order page or product page.

 

I thought of attributes but theres not a form creation or anything I do not think. Any Ideas, and please if possible reply asap I will be starting this project son.
