I have entered the following for shipping costs and $1.00 for handling fee. 5:2.00,25:10.00,46:13.00:52:14.00,100:15.00,180:20.00,300:25.00,400:30.00,500:35 .00,600:40.00,800:50.00 No matter the amount the shipping totals $1.00.
