Outgoing E-mails

I have looked high and low for the e-mails that are sent from OSC. I would like to add a footer and a header to each one that is sent to customers. Where is the config located for these. I cn't seem to find it.

I was enquiring about the same thing....and I was sent here:

For the english language look at:

(catalog)/includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php

 

This is the code for an email that OSC sends out after ordering....and it arrives as 'Order Process'

How they came up with that name...and why...is beyond me....perhaps it should be 'Order Processed'

Anyway....I wanted fix that email up too....but the code looks pretty scary and I'm not sure where to start.

Yeah the PHP code is up there. SAVE A COPY OF THE ORGINAL FILE BEFORE EDITING. I'll post back after I give it a try.
