Problem w/state codes and intuit payment mod

Hi all, I installed the intuit payment mod found here:

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...1/search,intuit

This was running smoothly for the last few months and then a couple of weeks ago my client said that some of her customers were getting an error that stated that the zip code entered does not match the U.S. state indicated OR you have entered a non-US state. The error code given was 3020 and after checking with innovative found out that it was a state issue - something to do with a two code state (e.g. CA) versus the state being written out completely (e.g. California). They stated that their system only handles the state abbreviations and somewhere during checkout osC was trying to send the state all written out instead of the two letter abbreviation for it.

In trying to check this out I noticed that the entry_state field in the address_book table was not being populated at all and is instead using the zone id to fetch the state when called. I'm wondering now though if this could be the problem or not. Although, she does get other orders on a regular basis that do go through without a problem and I have not yet been able to recreate this error myself.

Has anyone ever run into this problem either with or without using the intuit / innovative payment mod? If so where do I go about looking for the problem and how to fix it?

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

I am also having the same problem. However, we are loosing more on international orders. IMS is getting 'Array' as country code and the customer is receiving the zip code error. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
