Guest
I've been searching and searching to find an answer to this one, but I've had no luck so far. Is it possible for a product to be under two different categories at once? For example, lets say I sell Yamaha guitars. And I also sell Yamaha drums. I want the customer to be able to look under the "Guitars" category to browse all guitars, where the Yamaha will be. But I'd like to be able to let the customer search all of Yamaha's products as well. Know what I mean? Basically I want all guitars to be together AND all Yamaha together etc. Maybe this isn't possible? Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. joeser
Yeah.......I did this. Under your admin page. The one you log into when you type categories/admin after your URL. You add categories like guitars and vendors (like yamaha ......I used to play.) Then after you add your products to your categories there is an option to link products to other categories. So again add them under one category and then when you edit them you can move or link them to other categories. You can check out my site if you want to see an example. www.justsweet4u.com Good luck, Joeser
Guest
Where is the option to do this? Under my edit for my particular product, it has stock status, manufacturer, name, tax class with net and gross, description, quantity, model, image, URL, and weight. Am I missing something, or am I just not getting it? Thanks for the help. G
