Customer has option to add shipping cost into field

Hi,

 

Need an option so the customer can add his own shipping amount after he is told what it is.

 

All items have their own ship charges acording to where, when etc so none of the options availpable are any good.

 

What we need is similar to ebay, where one can simply add an amount and that is added to the invoice.

 

I have searched for two days the contribs and can't find anything myself. but may have missed it.
