Link exchange, 301 perminent redirect, google bot = frustration....

here's the scenrio....

 

i asked all link exchanges to go to www.accessorybug.com

 

but the 301 redirect goes to www.accessorybug.com/catalog

 

will that affect my page rank? please advise. thanks!

 

so far googlebot has visited. my site is indexed and visible on google. however...

 

1) only site with words are indexed like customer service and shipping/return info.

 

2) the main site www.accessorybug.com isnt indexed.

 

3) it's been 4 months since i launched the site

 

also... should i be worried about my alexa ranking?
