Can't Get the store to work

I am at witts end. I can not get the following to work:

 

Authorizenet. When send a transaction I have no idea what I am getting.

 

My cart does not clear.

I do not get a order on my list.

I do not get an e-mail.

No order ID.

 

Where do I send authorize for the following: Response URL & Receipt URL

 

Do I use Post, Get Or Link?

 

OsC was installed using the iPower web add-in. The version seems to be 2.2 m2

 

I am using a 256 bit SSL.

 

I am not a php wiz. I am willing to pay for service.
