Question is: Can I also ask you about scalability of the site, I am interested in the max number of concurrent users the site will handle based upon a HP DL380 with 2 x Xeon processors running at 3.0+Gig with 2 Gig RAM, running Linux. Many thanks, Mike As far as scalability goes, if the server load ever gets too high, they could either upgrade the server, get a dedicated one (if this one isn't dedicated already), or look into some load balancing techniques, like clustered mysql servers, separating the mysql server from the web server, etc... I don't think there's really a way to answer how many people that server will actually support except to say as many as it can until it starts bogging down... Richard.
