Displaying Catalogue on Home Page rather than Recently Added

On the mail index.php page, it's currently set to display recently added products:

 

<?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_NEW_PRODUCTS); ?>

 

Is there some way to substitute that with all products from one manufacturer?

 

On our site, we will be selling places on motorcycle trackdays that we organise, so for our online catalogue we'd like to show all the dates without anyone having to drill down to find them here:

 

...index.php?manufacturers_id=10

 

and here:

 

...index.php?cPath=21

 

Any pointers on how to accomplish what we want?
