JCP
I am attempting to follow the instructions in post: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=233458&hl=ssl But, I am getting an error: Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/j/o/h/johnscycle1/html/catalog/includes/configure.php on line 15 Once I restore the original configure.php files, all is well. I am a total newbie at programming and am totally lost. Any and all help will be appreciated. I also am having trouble creating the .htaccess file but will make a separate post for it. Thank you for you help! mugitty
It's probably right here: define('HTTPS_SERVER'https://www.johnsmotorcycleparts.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers should be: define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.johnsmotorcycleparts.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers (missing closing single quote and comma in the define) ... if you want to REALLY see something that doesn't set up right out of the box without some tweaking, try being a Foster Parent!
